So how can we help you?
Once you have decided you want to use our service, and have checked our Compliance Statements and Terms & Conditions, then email us the request at info@datalocator2202.com or fax us on 0870 123 6286.
Include in your request as many details of the information required, the reason why the information is required, debt, court case etc., together with your full contact and billing details.
The following can be used as the information required by us together with a guide to our charges.
Depending on what details are known and what details are required by the client, the charges will vary between £20 - £75 per report.
A full property report includes details of the published Electoral Roll details, the listed Land Registry details, a basic Local Authority search and a basic business search on the address. The charge will be £35 per property researched.
If you are after general information about a debtor a basic pre-sue report will include a search on a named individual and their known assets and business connections, and will generally be charged at between £200 and £350 per report. For this we need to be given the subjects full name, their last known address from the last 10 years, and at least their general age or date of birth.
A survey conducted by one of the major Credit Reference Agencies, sampling more than 1,000 workers in the UK, found 42% of respondents know of individuals who have altered information on their CV. Companies are therefore urged to thoroughly check applicants CV's, as 66% of respondents do not believe employers do so, while 87% of respondents said it would act as a deterrent.
Likely types of ‘CV fraud’ include salary (23%), level of previous experience (14%), and educational qualifications (13%), followed by dates of employment (10%), and job title (9%). The survey also found that whilst 43% of the men said that they would falsify their CV if they thought they could get away with it, 64% of female respondents said they would not.
By undertaking our enquiries we can verify qualifications and confirm previous employment details. We will also carry out a number of open source media related enquiries, which may highlight previous convictions or adverse information.
Our charges are from £200 per enquiry, which if you think about the cost of employing the wrong person could be the best money you spend on recruitment.
Full research into an individual or a company will be undertaken for a minimum of 4 hours, and will be charged at £75 p/hour. This level of report will include a full search of all the areas of accessible open source public data and the restricted databases that we are licensed to access. If more time is required by us to complete our enquiries then authorisation will be sought from the client, who will be given the estimated time required and likely costs for us to conclude our enquiries. Any further time spent on these enquiries will be charged at an additional £35 p/hour.
The above amounts are subject to the appropriate VAT charge, and should only be taken as a guide to our charges, which may vary.
When we have finished our enquiries, unless otherwise instructed, we will email you a copy of our report together with our invoice. If you require an additional hard copy then one will be posted to you, by recorded delivery, at an additional charge.
Payment must then be received by us within 28 days, with all cheques being made out to K&T Research Services Ltd. Any payments that are overdue will attract a penalty charge.
